CCCADI’s DEAR (Digital Evolution/Artist Retention) Program is a professional development lab for artists and cultural workers which offers training, mentorship, networking, and coaching opportunities designed to cultivate innovation, adaptation, and strategic alignment in their work.
The program aims to provide artists with a vital opportunity to update their business practices, gain an understanding of how best to teach, perform, present and promote on digital platforms, and shift into conscious visioning and planning for the key professional milestones that they hope to achieve.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for submission of the completed application form is Friday, November 20, 2020. All accepted participants will be notified the week of November 23rd.
